Parent Support

Supporting a child or young person through mental health, neurodiversity, school challenges or difficult life circumstances can feel overwhelming. Sometimes you just need someone who understands the systems, can help you sort through the options, and help you figure out where to start.

I offer practical, compassionate support for parents who are trying to understand what their child needs and how to advocate for them.

School Support & Advocacy

I can support parents and youth before, during and after IEP meetings, school conferences and other planning meetings. This can include helping families prepare questions, understand what is being discussed, clarify next steps and make sure the student’s needs and voice are heard.

I can also help families navigate school supports and communicate more effectively with teachers, counsellors and school teams
