Youth Support
Practical, individualized support for neurodiverse youth who may not need intensive services, but still need help navigating school, relationships, decision-making, communication and independence.
My Philosophy
My experience has taught me that support works best when young people feel heard, respected and understood. I believe in helping youth think situations through, ask questions, understand their choices and build the confidence to make decisions for themselves.
My approach is practical, individualized and strength-based. I am especially interested in supporting neurodiverse youth who may not qualify for intensive services but still need guidance with communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, self-advocacy, relationships and independence.
My goal is not to tell a young person what to think. It is to help them understand themselves, recognize their strengths and develop the skills to navigate the world with greater confidence and independence.

Who I Support
I focus on neurodiverse youth who may be managing day to day, but still need support with things like decision-making, communication, relationships, school, self-advocacy and independence. These are often the young people who do not qualify for intensive services but could still benefit from having someone help them slow things down, think situations through and build confidence in their own choices. I can also work alongside parents to develop practical, individualized strategies that support communication, routines, independence and everyday challenges at home.
